Summit Organizational Solutions, L.L.C. is a Houston, Texas based national consulting firm specializing in school safety and security assessments, school policy and procedure review and development, critical incident management and staff training and security consulting for Pre-K through 12th grade schools. We are a private, independent, for-profit consulting company dedicated to safe, secure and peaceful schools.
Our school safety and emergency management services are developed and delivered by Terrance M. Tucker and Ronald Hale who have over 20 years of military and law enforcement training and have consulted on safety and security issues with schools across the country.
School administrators use our company because of our personalized service, attention to detail and customized training and plan development. We work with you to determine your safety and security needs. We assist schools in preparing to manage a crisis or critical incident, effectively responding to the event itself and safely recovering from the emergency with the underlying goal of returning the school, its staff and its students, to a sense of normalcy as soon as possible.
